About Our Flour

We believe that great bread starts in the soil. That's why we partner exclusively with stone-millers who source organic, heritage grains. Our signature flour is never bleached and retains the natural germ and bran, resulting in a deeper flavor, better digestion, and that signature golden crust that gives us our name.
